Home visit - within 35kms of Auckland CBD

This 3 hour home visit package achieves the best results.

There will be no more second guessing yourself with this comprehensive hands-on package, imagine having me right there next to you, guiding you all the way.

I will travel to your home, help set up the optimal sleep environment, talk you through your plan and new method. leaving you confident and ready for sleep success.   

I will be alongside you until 10pm ‘virtually’ during your first night of sleep teaching following your home visit.

My “daily” text and follow up support means you’ll glide through training with ease.

This sleep solutions package includes:

  • 3 hour in-home visit (day or night).

  • Virtual support until 10pm on your first night following the home visit.

  • 1 week of daily “hand holding” follow-up support.

  • 4 x 10 minute care calls.

  • Written sleep assessment and sleep plan.

  • Sleep log tracking for 1 week

  • Nutritional advice.
